About AIS Overseas document procurement services

  • Transcripts from the college or university Depending on the location and the policies of your university or college, AIS Overseas will pick up the sealed transcripts from you. We will submit your application and the necessary paperwork to the school on your behalf. Depending on the location and college regulations, we will get an additional attestation for autonomous institutions from the Principal or Controller of Exams of that particular institution.
  • Copy of the university or college's syllabus: Depending on the region and the university/college's regulations, AIS Overseas will receive a copy of the syllabus from the relevant institution. A copy of the previous syllabus could be needed to demonstrate that you have studied the courses listed on your mark sheet to apply for jobs, for further education, or immigration. We'll follow up to get a copy of the syllabus from any other source or the university library. The service is contingent upon the application being approved, and you will need to give us a letter of authorization before we meet with the relevant educational institution.
  • Duplicate mark sheets from the college or university: Depending on the location and the university/college's regulations, the AIS Overseas Concierge section will get duplicate mark sheets from the relevant institution. The university or college where the applicant finished his or her graduation, post-graduation, or doctorate may provide duplicate mark sheets. A properly completed application form must be turned in to the registrar's office of the relevant university or college, together with any necessary supporting documentation. The application form must be filed with an affidavit from the applicant attesting to the loss of the original mark sheet. A copy of the FIR from the closest police station may be needed for certain universities and colleges. To represent the application in this case, AIS Overseas may need a letter of authorization from the applicant. A few colleges need the candidate to fill out and sign the application. In these circumstances, the application form will be obtained by AIS Overseas from the University or College and forwarded to you.
  • Duplicate University degree certificate or convocation:  Depending on the location and the university/college's regulations, the AIS Overseas Concierge section will get duplicate mark sheets from the relevant institution. The university or college where the candidate earned his or her graduation, post-graduation, or doctorate can provide duplicate degree certificates. The application form must be submitted with the following documents:
  • FIR copy from the nearest police station: A Copy of the FIR from the local police station. The application form must be filed with a copy of the FIR and a complaint declaring that the certificates have been misplaced or lost at the closest police station.
  • The applicant must swear in an affidavit that they have misplaced their certificate in front of the relevant jurisdiction's oath commissioner or officer of the court.
  • Two ads in the local newspaper claiming that the degree certificate has been misplaced by the applicant.
  • A letter of consent from the applicant permitting AIS Overseas to act as their representative. Based on the aforementioned, an application must be properly completed and sent to the registrar's office of the relevant university or college along with the aforementioned documentation.
  • Translation:An accredited and licensed translator will provide the translation to the AIS Overseas Concierge section. From any language to any other, we can translate. A scanned copy that is readable and clear of the papers that need to be translated must be provided.
