If a company or employment agency appoints the worker, any skilled and qualified Indian national seeking employment in Singapore may obtain a work permit.
The eligibility requirements are as follows:
You must be at least eighteen years old and have obtained employment with a minimum monthly wage of S$3,600 in order to apply for an employment pass. Candidates from abroad with a university degree and experience in management or executive roles are eligible to apply.
Dependants Pass applications are open to spouses and single children under 21 who have an Employment Pass, S Pass, EntrePass, or PEP and make at least S$6,000 per month.
Reliance Passes are good as long as the person with the primary Singapore work visa is employed there. Holders of DP passes are not required to apply for separate Singapore entry visas and are free to live, travel, and leave Singapore at any time.
The processing time for a PR visa is 4-6 months.
